TalentPath ("the app") is a talent-assessment app developed by MultiplexorApps ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the app handles your information.
Your assessment answers, results, and any name or email you choose to enter are stored only on your device — we never see them. The app shows ads and uses a small number of third-party services (listed below) to run, measure, and pay for itself; those services can collect limited technical and usage data as described in this policy.
The app lets you optionally enter a name and email address on the Profile screen. This information:
Your answers to the assessment questionnaire and the resulting talent scores are stored locally on your device only, so the app can show your results, career matches, and growth plan. This data is not sent to us.
TalentPath shows rewarded video ads (for example, to unlock the full report) using Google AdMob. AdMob and its advertising partners may use device and advertising identifiers to show ads and, where you've given consent, personalised ads. If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, you'll be asked for consent before any ads are personalised, using Google's User Messaging Platform — you can choose which purposes and partners you consent to at that time. We use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and ad performance (for example, how often reports are unlocked, or ad revenue events), and Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash and error reports so we can fix bugs. Both send limited technical and usage data — not your assessment answers or profile information — to Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.
If you subscribe to unlock premium features, the purchase is processed entirely by Google Play Billing — we don't see or store your payment details. Google Play keeps the standard purchase and subscription records under its own privacy policy.
The app does not require any special device permissions to function beyond what your platform provides by default.
TalentPath integrates: Google AdMob (advertising), Google User Messaging Platform (consent management for EEA/UK/Switzerland users), Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Play Billing (subscriptions). These are all part of Google — see Google's Privacy Policy above for how they handle data.
TalentPath is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this same URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
